Responsibilities

· Maintenance and Repairs: Service and repair commercial air conditioning systems, including central air conditioners, ductless mini- splits, walk-in coolers, walk-in freezers, ice makers and heat pumps.

· Diagnostics and Troubleshooting: Accurately identify and resolve HVAC system issues.

· Routine Inspections: Conduct thorough evaluations to ensure systems operate safely and efficiently.

· Customer Interaction: Build trust through clear, professional communication while explaining issues and solutions.

· Record Keeping: Maintain accurate documentation of services performed.

· Safety and Standards: Follow all safety protocols and company policies to ensure compliance.

· Stay Sharp: Keep up with industry advancements and standards to continuously deliver the best service.

Qualifications

· Experience Matters: At least 3+ years as a Refrigeration/ HVAC Service Technician focusing on commercial systems.

· Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of Refrigeration and HVAC systems, troubleshooting, and repair methods.

· Customer Focus: Exceptional problem-solving, attention to detail, and a passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences.

· Certifications Required: EPA certification and a valid HVAC technician license.

· Reliability: Ability to work independently and manage your time effectively.

· Clean Record: Valid driver’s license and a clean driving history.

· Reliable Truck
