We are seeking an experienced, proactive Executive Assistant to support C-Level Executives and Managing Directors within a premier corporate headquarters in Boca Raton. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, possesses exceptional organizational skills, and serves as a seamless gatekeeper and operational liaison.

salary: $70,000 - $75,000 per year
shift: First
work hours: 8 AM - 5 PM
education: High School

Responsibilities

• Manage complex executive calendars, meeting schedules, and domestic/international travel itineraries.

• Draft, proofread, and edit high-level correspondence, board decks, and confidential reports.

• Serve as the primary point of contact between internal leadership, external board members, and high-net-worth clients.

• Coordinate executive meetings, event logistics, and expense reporting via corporate expense management tools.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience supporting C-Suite Executives (PE, Finance, Legal, or Corporate HQ background preferred).

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, Teams).

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong discretion regarding confidential data.
