What You'll Do
Medicare Sales & Client Education
Conduct outbound and inbound phone consultations with Medicare beneficiaries
Educate prospective members on Medicare plan options and coverage solutions
Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate plan options
Build trust through professional, consultative conversations
Help clients understand benefits, costs, and coverage details
Guide members through the enrollment process accurately and compliantly
Compliance & Documentation
Conduct all sales activities in accordance with CMS regulations and company guidelines
Follow approved sales scripts and compliance requirements
Maintain accurate documentation and client records
Participate in ongoing compliance and product training
Ensure all enrollments are completed accurately and ethically
Relationship Building
Develop long-term relationships with members
Provide exceptional customer service throughout the enrollment process
Follow up appropriately with prospects and clients
Focus on placing members in plans that best fit their needs
What We're Looking For
Required Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent
Ability to obtain a Florida 2-40 Health Insurance License within 14 days of hire (paid for by VTI)
Ability to pass Florida Department of Financial Services background, fingerprint, and credit review requirements
Legally authorized to work in the United States as a W-2 employee
Ability to reliably commute to or relocate to Jacksonville, Florida
Comfortable working full-time in an office environment
Comfortable conducting sales conversations on recorded lines
Ability to follow compliance procedures and CMS regulations
Preferred Qualifications
Active Health Insurance License
Medicare sales experience
Call center experience
Customer service experience
Phone sales experience
Service industry experience
Previous commission-based sales experience
