Real Estate Paralegal POST NUMBER: 479505
Location: Orlando, FL
Compensation: $65-$80/annually
Onsite position Candidates must have at least 3 years’ experience as a transactional paralegal supporting multiple attorneys, preferably in a commercial real estate practice area. The ideal candidate will be self-motivated, organized, and excited to collaborate within a team environment. Duties and Responsibilities:
- Conduct title, survey, UCC, lien, and zoning searches and reviews
- Draft and revise purchase agreements, leases, and closing documents
- Manage due diligence and transaction checklists
- Coordinate with clients, title companies, lenders, and government agencies
- Prepare and organize closing documents and attend closings
- Record legal documents with appropriate agencies
- Create and maintain closing binders and transaction files
- Perform legal research related to real estate regulations and laws
- Track critical dates and ensure timely completion of transactional tasks
- Other billable and non-billable projects and general administrative duties, as assigned by supervisors
- Desire to work in a fast-paced environment, supporting multiple attorneys.
- Highly detail oriented and organized.
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
- Ability to manage matters from start to finish.
- Bachelor’s Degree or Paralegal certification (Preferred).
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience as a Paralegal in a relevant practice area (Required).
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and PDF (Required)
- Proficient in legal document management and timekeeping softwares (Required). Experience with iManage preferred.
