NEMT Dispatcher / Transportation Coordinator
DINA'S EMPIRE CORP is seeking a reliable and organized Dispatcher to coordinate daily Non-Emergency Medical Transportation (NEMT) operations.
Responsibilities:
- Schedule and dispatch drivers efficiently.
- Monitor trips and ensure on-time performance.
- Communicate with drivers, members, facilities, and brokers.
- Manage standing orders and same-day trips.
- Use transportation software such as Bambi, MTM, Alivi, or similar platforms.
- Resolve trip issues and service disruptions.
Requirements:
- Previous dispatching experience preferred.
- NEMT experience strongly preferred.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Computer proficiency and attention to detail.
- Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.
