(980)237-1008 Precision Office Solutions is actively seeking a Market Leader who can take full ownership of operations, installations, and overall market performance. This is not a standard rolewe are looking for a highly experienced operator who can step in immediately and lead at a high level. Based on both our internal needs and industry benchmarks across the country, the ideal candidate should bring the following: Core Experience & Industry Knowledge
- Extensive experience in commercial office furniture installation and operations
- Deep familiarity with major manufacturers including MillerKnoll, Steelcase, Haworth, and Teknion
- Proven ability to manage and scale installation teams of 2040+ installers, including both employees and subcontractors
- Strong understanding of installation systems, floor plans, and project execution
- Demonstrated leadership experience overseeing full-cycle operations, including scheduling, logistics, warehouse coordination, and field execution
- Ability to develop and manage installation schedules, allocate labor efficiently, and adjust resources in real time to meet deadlines
- Experience hiring, training, and developing teams while maintaining high performance and accountability standards
- Hands-on leadership style with the ability to be in the field, solve problems, and ensure quality control on-site
- Strong logistics background, including coordination of deliveries, inventory, and jobsite readiness
- Ability to oversee multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining timelines, budgets, and client expectations
- Experience tracking labor, materials, and project progress to ensure operational efficiency and profitability
- Extensive experience in client relationship management, acting as the primary point of contact for high-value projects
- Ability to manage client expectations, resolve issues proactively, and maintain long-term partnerships
- Strong business acumen with the ability to align operations with financial performance and growth goals
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Experience with CRM systems such as Salesforce or similar platforms
- Ability to interpret drawings, specifications, and project documentation
- High-level communicator who can lead both internal teams and client relationships
- Organized, detail-oriented, and solution-driven under pressure
- Strong sense of ownership, accountability, and urgency
- Ability to build and scale a market with minimal oversight
- Base salary starting at $87,000.00 , along with a full benefits pack age
- Bilingual (English/Spanish preferred) to effectively support diverse crews and client interactions
