Our agents achieve remarkable results swiftly — many close 2-3 deals monthly within their first 90 days. It all begins with a targeted onboarding process designed to propel you forward. Your initial 5 days will be immersive and productive, equipping you with the skills to manage leads, guide buyers and sellers, and close deals with assurance. Our goal is for you to achieve quick closings and early wealth-building.

We’re seeking agents who:

1. Possess a strong desire to assist clients in buying and selling homes
2. Are skilled in drafting clear and precise purchase and listing contracts
3. Can confidently assess property values
4. Communicate effectively and prioritize client needs
5. Maintain CRM tools and partner systems like Zillow with accurate information
