Product Manager

WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Team strategy and execution
- Understand haku’s priorities, strategy, and product vision
- Lead the end-to-end approach: research, alignment, communication, planning, roadmap, execution, and success of your products
- Launch valuable features on time and on quality in alignment with committed deadlines and in partnership with cross-functional collaborators
- Incorporate quantitative and qualitative market and customer data from primary and secondary sources
- Lead teams to understand opportunity space within business and product outcomes to innovate creative and market-leading solutions
- Lead cross-functional awareness rituals and generate support for your concepts
- Write clear value propositions and requirements to guide the development cycle
- Partner with engineering and go-to-market teams to facilitate successful product launches
- Serve as a product expert, demoing new features and training internal teams
- Manage expectations and timelines for both internal and external stakeholder
- Constantly research industry best practices, emerging trends, and innovative ideas to keep haku ahead of the curve
WHO YOU ARE
- 5+ years of experience in B2B or B2BC product management
- Experience discovering, defining, and launching features that deliver value for buyers and users.
- A hands-on, extreme ownership mentality for making your products successful.
- Strategic thinking; you dream big but execute pragmatically.
- Critical thinking with a solutions-first mindset.
- You’re highly organized and able to manage complex initiatives with multiple stakeholders.
- You’re an exceptional communicator; adapt at crafting compelling narratives, catered to a range of audiences and contexts.
- An ability to influence cross-functional teams without direct authority.
- You thrive under pressure, embrace learning, iteration, and change.
- Bachelor’s degree required; business, engineering, or technical majors preferred.
- A plus :
- SCRUM certification
- Experience with non-profit fundraising
- Experience working on e-commerce or AI-powered solutions
