The Engineering Office Coordinator provides administrative support to the departmental team. The Office Coordinator will perform minor preventive and repair maintenance work. The role requires one to follow established quality and sustainability standards while treating guests in a warm and friendly manner.

Essential Job Functions

• Serve as dispatcher for all engineers.
• Perform general office duties, i.e., answering phones, update monthly general ledger, and maintaining professional relationships with vendors.
• Assist with purchasing and management of purchase orders.
• Perform general maintenance as needed, in accordance with local, state, and Federal codes.
• Administer the preventative maintenance program and update monthly maintenance log.
• Be aware of guest satisfaction scores and develop process improvement methodology to increase departmental and overall guest satisfaction.
• Follow Service Recovery Guidelines.
• Follow sustainability guidelines and practices related to HHM's EarthView program.
• Practice safe work habits, wear protective safety equipment and comply with MSDS and OSHA standards.

Position Requirements

• High School diploma and Trade school coursework in related field required.
• Minimum of two years' experience.

Work Environment and Context

• Work schedule varies and may include working on holidays, weekends, and alternate shifts.
• Requires standing for extended periods, walking, pushing, lifting up to 50 pounds, bending and reaching, kneeling, stooping, crawling and climbing.
