Titan Placement Group invites you to explore an exciting opportunity for an Optometrist in Panama City, FL. This is a chance to serve the community in a patient-focused environment while working in a supportive, collaborative healthcare setting along Florida’s stunning Emerald Coast.
Salary and Benefits
- Salary: Up to $190,000 (based on experience)

- No nights or weekends
- Clinic & Technology:
• Exam lanes/rooms: 2 rooms
• Daily volume: 25 patients per day on average
• Retina imaging: OCT available
• EMR: eClinicalWorks (eCW)
• E-prescribing: everything is electronic; no paper scripts
• Sinks in exam rooms: none
Responsibilities
- Schedule: Monday–Friday
- Conduct comprehensive eye exams and refractions
- Diagnose and manage ocular disease (glaucoma, macular degeneration, diabetic retinopathy)
- Prescribe corrective lenses and develop treatment plans
- Educate patients on eye health and preventive care
- Collaborate with the care team to ensure continuity and quality
- Maintain accurate documentation and adhere to clinical guidelines
Requirements
- Doctor of Optometry (OD) from an accredited program
- Active Florida optometry license or eligibility to obtain one
- Strong clinical skills in primary eye care and disease management
- Excellent communication and patient-care skills
- Comfortable working independently and within a team-based model
