- University degree or equivalent qualification preferred
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in roles involving complex calendar management, travel coordination, and scheduling across time zones, preferably in a high-performance, fast-paced environment
- Proven ability to handle high-volume email correspondence, draft professional responses, and manage follow-ups with discretion
- Strong customer service orientation, demonstrating empathy, professionalism, and discretion in building trust-based relationships with colleagues, clients, and stakeholders
- Collaborative mindset, working effectively across teams, regions, and levels of seniority to ensure seamless communication and coordination
- Self-motivated and driven, taking ownership of tasks and seeking opportunities to add value and improve processes
- Demonstrated success in fast-paced environments, with strong problem-solving skills, adaptability, and the ability to prioritize demands effectively
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational excellence, ensuring accuracy and structure in all tasks
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs, with the ability to quickly learn new tools and systems
- Professional presence and polished communication skills, representing senior leaders with confidence, discretion, and tact
- Willingness to work in a hybrid setup (60% in-office), with increased in-office presence during onboarding
- Advanced proficiency in English (C1 level – CEFR or equivalent) for verbal and written communication
