Retail Sales Associate (General) (US)
Job Responsibilities:
- Proactively engage customers on the sales floor, offering detailed product information and support.
- Refer customers to specialized sales teams when appropriate to foster trust and long-term relationships.
- Promote company Family memberships, credit cards, and other services to drive loyalty and customer engagement.
- Maintain the store’s appearance and organization to enhance the overall shopping experience.
- Serve as a Home Furnishing Host at the store entrance, greeting customers and answering general inquiries.

Education/Experience:
