SUMMARY
The Permit Technician will be responsible for managing the entire lifecycle of permits for our projects, ensuring compliance and seamless execution of permitting processes.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Register the company in various municipalities and ensure compliance with local regulations.
- Submit accurate and complete documentation in a time-sensitive manner to acquire permits efficiently.
- Schedule inspections and monitor the approval process, communicating updates to internal teams and homeowners.
- Maintain company reports and update CRM systems with accurate documentation.
- Oversee the permit process from application to obtaining Certificates of Completion (COC).
- Adapt to last-minute changes and ensure all deadlines are met.
QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in permitting within any trade.
- Proficient and accurate data entry.
- Strong organizational and computer skills, with the ability to manage workflows and multitask.
- Excellent customer service and teamwork abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while observing punctual attendance.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
· College or High School Preferred
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
- Ability to sit and work at a computer monitor for extended periods.
- Must be able to perform the essential functions of the job without or with reasonable accommodation.
- Comfortable talking on the phone for long durations

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
