SUMMARY

The Permit Technician will be responsible for managing the entire lifecycle of permits for our projects, ensuring compliance and seamless execution of permitting processes.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Register the company in various municipalities and ensure compliance with local regulations.

• Submit accurate and complete documentation in a time-sensitive manner to acquire permits efficiently.

• Schedule inspections and monitor the approval process, communicating updates to internal teams and homeowners.

• Maintain company reports and update CRM systems with accurate documentation.

• Oversee the permit process from application to obtaining Certificates of Completion (COC).

• Adapt to last-minute changes and ensure all deadlines are met.

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS

• Minimum 1-2 years of experience in permitting within any trade.

• Proficient and accurate data entry.

• Strong organizational and computer skills, with the ability to manage workflows and multitask.

• Excellent customer service and teamwork abilities.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while observing punctual attendance.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

· College or High School Preferred

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

• Ability to sit and work at a computer monitor for extended periods.

• Must be able to perform the essential functions of the job without or with reasonable accommodation.

• Comfortable talking on the phone for long durations

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
