About the Role:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Commercial Specialist (Investor Lending) to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in managing the end-to-end process of commercial lending applications, ensuring seamless communication between borrowers, originators, investors, and internal channels. This position offers an exciting opportunity for someone with a solid background in commercial lending to contribute to a dynamic and growth-focused organization.
Key Responsibilities:

• Receive and review applications for commercial loans, ensuring all necessary documentation is collected.
• Request and verify documents required for the approval and processing of commercial loans.
• Facilitate the processing of commercial loans through our dedicated commercial channels.
• Communicate regularly with investor channels to confirm loan guidelines, pricing, and approval parameters.
• Maintain clear and professional communication with borrowers to facilitate smooth loan origination.
• Collaborate with loan originators to gather information and provide updates on loan status.
• Monitor and ensure compliance with underwriting standards and investor requirements.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Proven experience in investor lending dealing with Fix & Flips and group up construction is essential.
• Previous experience on the broker side, working with commercial lenders, or directly at a commercial lending institution.
• Experience Loan Officer Assistant or Loan Processor
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
