Responsibilities & Duties:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with patients.
• Explain dental procedures in simple, patient-friendly terms.
• Review treatment plans with patients based on the doctor's recommendations.
• Understand dental insurance coverage, limitations, frequencies, and deductibles.
• Process primary and secondary insurance claims efficiently.
• Assist patients with financing options, including credit applications.
• Provide administrative and practical support to the dentist as needed.
• Proactively contact patients with unscheduled treatment or hygiene recalls during downtime.

Qualifications & Skills:

• High school diploma (required).
• Previous dental experience (required).
• Experience with Open Dental software (preferred).
• Dental assisting skills (a plus).
• Knowledge of dental billing and insurance protocols.
• Excellent customer service and leadership skills.
• Strong multitasking abilities in a dynamic environment.
• Proficient in computer and typing skills.

Pay: From $22.00 per hour
