Headwaters Bartender
:
Summary: The Bartender will provide exceptional guest service through friendly interactions while serving a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages. They will skillfully mix drinks, upsell menu items, and efficiently serve guests according to Company Standards.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and interact with guests courteously.
- Prepare and serve a wide range of beverages with precision.
- Recommend and upsell menu items to enhance guest experience.
- Ensure adherence to responsible alcohol service guidelines.
- Maintain a clean and organized bar area.
- Comply with the company's drug-free and tobacco/nicotine-free policy.
- All other duties as assigned.
Experience/Qualifications:
- 6 + months of bartending experience
- Ability to lift- up to 25 lbs. consistently and 50 lbs. infrequently
- Must be able to legally work in the USA.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
