Position Title: Advertising Assistant
Location: Miramar, FL - On-Site
Duration: 1 Year Contract - potential to extend multiple years!
Pay Rate: $20-$25/Hour
Insight Global is seeking an Advertising Assistant for a top consumer distribution client. This individual will partner closely with a Supplier Advertising Business Manager to support fleet and out-of-home advertising initiatives from concept through execution. The role focuses heavily on coordination, invoicing, renewals, and vendor management, requiring strong attention to detail and cross-functional communication. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys operational marketing, working with multiple stakeholders, and keeping complex advertising programs running smoothly in a fast-paced, corporate environment.
Must-Haves:- Strong administrative and organizational skills
- Experience with invoicing, billing, or contract tracking
- Ability to manage multiple timelines, renewals, and deliverables
- Strong communication skills with internal teams and external vendors
- Proficiency in Excel or tracking tools for reporting and renewals
- Attention to detail when reviewing invoices, contracts, and creative assets
Plusses:
- Experience with fleet, out-of-home (OOH), or large-scale advertising programs
- Prior work with third-party advertising agencies or vendors
- Experience supporting supplier or trade marketing initiatives
- Familiarity working cross-functionally with Legal, Fleet Operations, and Executive teams
- Background in CPG, beverage, or distribution industries
