We’re growing, and we’re hiring for either a Physical Therapist or a Clinic Director —depending on your experience and goals. This role is flexible by design. For the right candidate, it’s a chance to step into leadership and help guide the future of our clinic. For others, it’s the perfect environment to deepen your clinical skills and finally do PT the way you imagined.

You’ll treat one-on-one, collaborate daily with your team, and, if you're ready, take on mentorship, management, and strategic growth.

Compensation & Benefits

For Clinic Director candidates :

• Salary: $83,000–$93,000 depending on experience
• Performance-based bonuses tied to clinic success

For Physical Therapist candidates :

• Competitive salary based on experience
• Opportunity for future leadership

All full-time roles include:

• 401(k) with matching

Who We’re Looking For
We’re open to both experienced leaders and strong clinicians who are ready to grow into leadership. What matters most is your commitment to patients, your drive to improve, and your desire to be part of something meaningful.

You’re a fit if you:

• Are licensed (or license-eligible) in Florida
• Bilingual (Spanish) is preferred.
• Have outpatient experience
• Enjoy collaborating with and supporting other clinicians
• Want to grow—and help others grow, too
