A leading Financial Services firm in the Fort Lauderdale area is looking to add a Recruiting Director to thier team
You must be able to logically commute Fort Lauderdale, FL
This new team member will be responsible for the following:
- Recruiting Experienced Financial Advisors for both existing Advisory Firms and Advisor Acquisitions
- Use phone calls, Indeed, LinkedIn, and other platforms to source candidates
- Meet with candidates by phone or Virtually
In-Person Position only! Not Remote or Hybrid
Phone and Virtual Face to Face skills are necessary for success!
Qualifications:
- Very strong sales acumen
- Strong communication skills
- Outgoing personality
- Exceptional organizational skills
- Strong follow through habits
- Cold calling experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Suite
- Ability to learn technology platforms easily
- Ability to collaborate with others
- Ability to be self-directed
- Strong writing skills
