Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities
• Greet visitors and provide a welcoming front desk experience
• Answer and route incoming phone calls professionally
• Perform data entry and maintain accurate records
• Manage calendars, appointments, and office schedules
• Support vendor coordination and basic vendor management
• Assist with general administrative and office support tasks
• Monitor office activities and ensure smooth daily operations



Qualifications
• Associate’s degree preferred
• Minimum 3 years of front desk, administrative, or office support experience
• strong phone etiquette and communication skills
• Proficiency in data entry and maintaining organized records
• Experience with calendar management and general office coordination
• Detail-oriented, reliable, and customer-focused
