Now seeking a Garde Manger who is interested in working with a large, collaborative, cohesive culinary unit executing amazing food made with high-quality ingredients and integrity.

Desired qualifications:
- 1 - 2 years of experience in an upscale high-volume restaurant
- Preferably with steakhouse experience
- A strong work ethic and desire to continuously improve one's skills
- The ability to work in a collaborative team environment
