Como Asistente de Servicio al Cliente, serás la primera línea de contacto para nuestros clientes. Tu misión será hacer que se sientan valorados y atendidos. Aquí hay algunas de tus responsabilidades:
- Responder preguntas y resolver problemas de manera rápida y amable.
- Gestionar la garantía de nuestros purificadores de agua (¡sí, eso incluye enviarles su garantía y asegurarte de que todo esté en orden!).
- Atender llamadas y redirigirlas al equipo adecuado.
- Hacer la llamada de bienvenida en inglés a nuestros nuevos clientes (¡una gran manera de hacerlos sentir en casa!).
- Asistir con ventas y entrenamientos en inglés.
- Mantener nuestra oficina ordenada y limpia (¡un ambiente agradable para todos!).
- Personas con experiencia en servicio al cliente y un enfoque positivo.
- Extraordinarias habilidades de comunicación en español e inglés.
- Capacidad para resolver problemas con una sonrisa.
- Energía y ganas de aprender en un entorno activo.
