Supplier Analyst, SCM
Job Responsibilities:
- Data Analysis and Interpretation: Analyze Inventory, Forecast, Sales, Logistics, and Financial data to support strategic decision-making in demand planning, replenishment, logistics, and nationwide distribution.
- Reporting and Presentation: Prepare and manage reports, scorecards, and dashboards to convey findings and recommendations to various stakeholders.
- Strategic Support: Collaborate with key stakeholders to improve processes and reduce costs, and provide timely, accurate information and analysis to Supply Chain Executives.
- Process Improvement: Assess and optimize current supply chain WOW for efficiency and cost advantages, and design, test, and implement efficient processes to manage workflow
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand their data needs and provide analytical support.
- Ad-Hoc Analysis: Perform ongoing and ad hoc analysis of data sets.
- Data Accuracy and Controls: Ensure data and report accuracy and develop controls to mitigate errors.
- Innovation and Problem-Solving: Develop innovative approaches to tackle business issues through data analysis.
- Continuous Improvement: Continuously improve current processes and develop specialties in different SCM areas.
Skills:
- At least 1-3 years in data analysis or a related field.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Excel and data visualization tools like Tableau.
- Analytical Skills: Strong ability to interpret complex data sets and provide actionable insights.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal skills for clear presentation of findings.
- Project Management: Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Attention to Detail: High accuracy in all aspects of work.
- Team Collaboration: Effective teamwork and cross-functional collaboration.
- Leadership: Ownership in supplier and focused tasks/projects.
- Industry Knowledge: Understanding of industry trends, challenges, and opportunities.
Education/Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Economics, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
