Position Summary:
We’re looking for a dynamic and reliable Food Services Assistant who can confidently handle multiple roles — from food prep and line cooking to customer interaction and service. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a busy kitchen, works well under pressure, and leads by example.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare ingredients and assist in daily food prep duties

• Cook and assemble meals on the line with speed, accuracy, and attention to presentation

• Serve guests with a friendly, professional attitude

• Maintain a clean and organized work environment following all food safety protocols

• Restock kitchen and service stations as needed

• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth kitchen and front-of-house operations

• Take initiative and provide guidance to less experienced staff when needed

What We’re Looking For:

• 1+ year of experience in a commercial kitchen or food service environment preferred

• Comfortable working across all areas of food service (prep, cooking, customer service)

• Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask efficiently

• Positive attitude and a team-first mentality

• Willingness to lead by example and take initiative during busy shifts

• Ability to communicate effectively and professionally

• Food Handler’s Certificate (or ability to obtain one) is a Plus
