Expo for High-End Asian Restaurant in MIMO District, Miami 

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Expo to join our team at a prestigious high-end Asian restaurant in the vibrant MIMO District of Miami. If you have experience working in a high-end restaurant, possess culinary knowledge and some cooking experience, and thrive in fast-paced environments, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.

Key Requirements:

- Previous Expo experience in a culinary setting 

- Proven track record of working in high-end restaurants

- Strong culinary knowledge and cooking experience

- Excellent communication skills and ability to convey orders accurately 

- Ability to handle pressure and work efficiently during busy service hours

- A team player who collaborates effectively with both the chef and management

- Exceptionally organized to ensure smooth coordination during service

Responsibilities:

- Work closely with servers and kitchen to expedite orders properly and timely

- Check dishes are cooked correctly and plated beautifully before service

- Communicate clearly with kitchen on timing, modifications, allergies 

- Maintain organization of expo line during busy dinner services

- Stock stations, replace smallwares, and assist with side work

- Provide excellent customer service and address any issues

Requirements:

- 1+ years recent expo experience in full service restaurant

- Weekend availability 

- Passion for hospitality and high-end Asian dining
