Warehouse Lead

Job Summary:
As a Warehouse Lead , you'll oversee daily operations, manage a small team, and ensure the smooth handling and export of oversized paper rolls. This hands-on leadership role requires strong attention to detail, excellent coordination skills, and a proactive mindset.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate daily warehouse operations
- Lead and mentor warehouse associates
- Operate forklifts and roll clamp trucks for large paper rolls
- Ensure accurate inventory and assist with cycle counts
- Monitor inbound/outbound shipments for quality and compliance
- Maintain warehouse safety standards and enforce company policies
- Communicate with logistics, sales, and upper management to meet tight export deadlines
- Assist in streamlining processes to improve productivity and reduce errors
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 2+ years of warehouse experience, with at least 1 year in a leadership role
- Experience with exporting and heavy product handling preferred
- Forklift certification required
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Able to lift up to 75 lbs and work in a physically demanding environment
- Bilingual in English/Spanish is a plus
