As a Tower Climber, you will play a crucial role in the installation, maintenance, and repair of telecommunications towers to ensure reliable and efficient communication networks.

Responsibilities:
- Performing tower inspections and maintenance tasks
- Installing, troubleshooting, and repairing telecommunications equipment
- Climbing towers to heights of up to 500 feet
- Ensuring compliance with safety regulations and protocols
- Working collaboratively with team members to complete projects efficiently
Qualifications:
- Prior experience as a Tower Climber is preferred
- Ability to work at heights and in all weather conditions
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- Willingness to travel to various job sites as needed
