Seeking Experienced BilingualPediatric G-Tube and Tracheostomy Nurse

*Bilingual (Spanish & Englishspeaking) nurses

Available Shifts:

• Day Shift: MondayThursday, 7:00 AM 7:00PM

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate nurse with experience in pediatric G-tube care andtracheostomy management. Ideal candidates will possess strong clinical expertise and a commitment to providing high-quality, patient-centered care.

Responsibilities of Registered Nurses (RN)

• Providing one-to-one nursing care in a home environment
• Taking direction from clinical team and being overseen by a registered nurse
• Following the plan of care
• Following all clinical and office policies

Requirements for Registered Nurses (RN)

• Valid Delaware RN License or Multistate License
• Physical within one year
• PPD or TB Blood Test (QF)
• Valid BLS CPR card (obtained in person not online)
• Valid driver's license
• G-tube, trach, vent experience or willing to train

Responsibilities of Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs)

• Medication administration per physician orders
• Physician ordered treatments for:
  • Nutrition via a feeding tube
  • Tracheostomy care
  • Suctioningnasal, oral and/or endotracheal
  • Ventilation care
  • Seizure assessment and treatment

Requirements for Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs)

• Current, active Florida LPN license
• Current BLS CPR card (obtained in-person, not online)
• G-tube, trach, vent experience, or willing to train
• TB Skin Test (PPD) or TB Blood Test (QF)
• Alzheimer's training - 2 Hour DOEA Approved Course (provided at no cost if needed)
• 1- Hour DOEA Alzheimer's Video (provided free of cost on DOEA website)
