Campus Operations Technician
- Must give testimony and evidence of a personal relationship with Jesus Christ and sense the call of God to a serving ministry.
- Inspects the building, grounds, and equipment to ensure proper maintenance and safety in compliance with local and state building codes and safety regulations
- Overseeing routine maintenance and repairs of campus buildings and grounds
- Helping facilitate campus readiness for Sundays
- Monitor building systems including, but not limited to HVAC, lighting, and security systems
- Manage cleaning and custodial services
- Responds to repair and maintenance requests in a professional and timely fashion
- Work in cooperation with all levels of management, support staff, personnel, church leaders, volunteers, members and guests to fulfil the mission of Indian Rocks
- Ability to read and follow manuals, blueprints, and other written instructions
- Experienced and knowledgeable in the use of equipment, including power tools, hand tools, electric tools, etc.
- Physical Requirements:
- Prolonged periods standing and walking.
- Must be physically able to climb ladders, bend, or crawl into awkward spaces.
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds at a time.

- Leadership Guidelines of Indian Rocks
- Must be an active member of Indian Rocks as defined below:
- Regular attendance in worship services
- Regular attendance/involvement in an Indian Rocks Connection Group or Small Group
- Committed to systematic stewardship and faithful in tithing.
- Responsible to perform other duties as assigned and approved by supervising personnel, to include, but not limited to: Lead Pastor, Church Administrator, Head of Schools or Personnel Committee
