Imperial Finish Carpentry LLC is seeking a Master Finish Carpenter who takes pride in clean cuts, perfect installations, and precise detail. We specialize in high-end trim work, cabinetry, doors, accent walls, staircases, and more. If you have at least 3–5 years of experience in finish carpentry and are looking to join a reliable and professional team that values craftsmanship—this opportunity is for you.

Responsibilities:

• Cabinet installation (kitchen, bath, closets, custom built-ins)

• Trim & molding (baseboard, crown, wainscoting, door/window casings)

• Doors (interior, exterior, barn, pocket, French)

• Staircases (treads, risers, handrails, balusters)

• Accent walls and decorative wood paneling

• Site prep and cleanup

• Blueprint reading, measuring, cutting, installation

• Repair and refinishing of woodwork

Requirements:

• 3–5+ years experience in finish carpentry

• Meticulous attention to detail and precision cuts

• Must have own hand tools (nail guns, levels, drills, etc.)

• Proficient in reading plans and working independently

• Valid driver’s license & reliable transportation

• Must be able to communicate clearly and follow direction

Compensation:

• $25–$35 per hour depending on experience and skills

• Consistent work and growth potential with a small, passionate team

• Trial period required
