Through PureCycle's ground-breaking, patented recycling process, we separate color, odor, and contaminants from plastic waste to transform it into ultra-pure recycled resin. We provide our purified polypropylene resin to large companies like Procter & Gamble and L'Oreal to give them a sustainable solution for future products and packaging. Location

Hybrid in Orlando, FL. This position has been designated as hybrid, generally contributing from the office a minimum of two days per week. Must be within a commutable distance.

Role Overview

The Graphic and Video Designer designs, executes and elevates the visual identity and creative assets of the company's brand including (but not limited to) flyers, brochures, reports, presentations, videos, podcasts, newsletters, advertisements, social media content, illustrations, infographics, posters, signage, wayfinding, document templates, mockups, microsites, packaging, and more.

What You'll Be Doing

• Manages and enforces the company's brand standards, and champions brand consistency through all projects
• Designs multimedia marketing and business development materials for print and digital outlets
• Oversees all design projects, from conception to delivery, and provides quality assurance
• Serves as photographer for events, staff headshots, media inquiries and product photography
• Serves as videographer for events, site updates, announcements and culture initiatives
• Develops internal communication tools including emails, surveys, messaging, podcasts and videos
• Manages the internal newsletter and company culture navigator (SharePoint Hub)
• Designs engaging social media content for various platforms
• Collaborates with key stakeholders and executive leadership to ensure broad alignment on corporate communication, marketing and design-related projects and events
• Guides and advises team members in creative, branding and visual communication processes
• Provides art direction and formatting to vendors for various design deliverables
• Partners closely with outside agency collaborators, partners and vendors on branding initiatives
Collaborates across the organization to streamline communication, review branded elements for external audiences, and bring design solutions to life

Basic Qualifications (Required)

• 4-year related degree and a minimum of 2-5 years' experience as a graphic designer in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Expert-level abilities with Adobe Suite software.
• Possess strong conceptual skills, high level sense of design, layout and typography, a broad thinker who is able to offer a variety of design solutions.
• Proven experience leading creative teams in developing brand concepts.
• Strong creative, organizational, problem solving and time-management skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Flexible, agile and a quick learner.
• Experience with HTML, WordPress, email marketing software and motion graphics a plus.
