Overnight Cleaner (Part-Time)

OVERVIEW OF POSITION:

As an Overnight Cleaner , you represent Mister O1 by ensuring the restaurant is fully cleaned, sanitized, restocked, and ready for the following business day. You must always comply with Mister O1 Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and cleanliness guidelines. Your work plays a direct role in guaranteeing consistency, safety, and the presentation of a spotless environment for guests and staff.

SCHEDULE:

Part-Time Position:

• Sunday–Thursday: 8:45 PM – 2:00 AM.
• Friday & Saturday: 9:45 PM – 2:00 AM.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of all restrooms, including fixtures, floors, walls, restocking supplies, and removing trash.
• Clean and organize employee areas, including break spaces, appliances, trash bins, hallway walls, floors, and refrigerator.
• Thoroughly clean the cashier station and surrounding areas, including shelves, cabinets, warmers, and lighting fixtures.
• Perform full kitchen cleaning, including ovens, screens, floors, equipment surfaces, fridge gaskets, prep areas, and storage areas.
• Clean and sanitize prep and server stations, including walls, tables, racks, can opener, sinks, and AC filters.
• Clean and maintain dining room floors, tables, sneeze guards, cabinets, and high-touch areas.
• Clean dishwasher area, sinks, trash bins, and surrounding floors.
• Remove trash, replace liners, and ensure all cleaning tools and materials are properly stored.
• Ensure all equipment, outlets, and kitchen components are properly reset and ready for the next day.
• Follow all Mister O1 cleanliness standards, safety guidelines, and closing procedures.

TOOLS & TECHNOLOGY:

• Commercial cleaning tools and equipment.
• Mopping and floor-care tools.
• Cleaning chemicals and sanitizers (per company safety guidelines).
• Basic kitchen cleaning tools such as brushes, scrapers, and clothes.

QUALIFICATIONS:

To perform this job successfully, an individual must:

• Demonstrate the ability to perform outlined cleaning tasks reliably and independently.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS:

• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
• Ability to lift and move up to 25lbs regularly and up to 50lbs occasionally.
• Ability to kneel, bend, lift, push, pull, and reach.
