Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Operations Support Associate located in Orlando, FL. The Operations Support Associate will handle day-to-day operational tasks, provide superior customer service, and assist with practical solutions to optimize workflow and procedures. The role includes data entry, analysis, facilitating communication between departments, and ensuring efficient and compliant operational processes.
Responsibilities
Warehouse Support
Support daily warehouse activities including receiving, labeling, storing, and shipping products.
Maintain accurate inventory records in alignment with ERP/portal systems.
Ensure proper handling and storage of pharmaceutical products to meet compliance and quality standards.
Assist in cycle counts, stock rotation, and reconciliation of physical vs. system inventory.
Compliance & Regulatory Support
Assist in maintaining compliance logs, audits, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
Support the upkeep of records required for FDA, DEA, NABP, and state board compliance.
Help ensure company policies and warehouse operations align with DSCSA and other regulatory requirements.
Partner with compliance leadership to update documentation and training materials.
General Operations Support
Perform accurate data entry to support operations, compliance, and inventory functions.
Provide cross-departmental support to accounting, sales, and operations as needed.
Assist in preparing reports and documentation for internal and external stakeholders.
Contribute to continuous process improvement to enhance efficiency and reduce operational risk.
Qualifications
Previous experience in operations, warehouse, logistics, or pharmaceutical distribution preferred.
Familiarity with pharmaceutical handling, compliance regulations, or DSCSA requirements a plus.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, with advanced skills in Excel and spreadsheets for data analytics and reporting.
Experience with ERP/CRM systems (DoIT ERP a plus).
Strong interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills.
Problem-solving abilities and ability to work well in a team-oriented environment.
Degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
