Compensation: $100,000 – $130,000 (Base Salary) + Benefits

A well-established national mechanical contractor with a strong Orlando presence is seeking an experienced Mechanical Project Manager to support and lead commercial construction projects throughout Central Florida. Position Overview The Mechanical Project Manager will be responsible for managing the full lifecycle of commercial mechanical construction projects, from preconstruction handoff through closeout. This role requires strong coordination between field operations, subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams to ensure projects are delivered safely, on schedule, and within budget.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage commercial HVAC and mechanical construction projects from start to finish
• Oversee project schedules, budgets, labor planning, and material procurement
• Coordinate with superintendents, engineers, subcontractors, and clients
• Manage change orders, RFIs, submittals, and project documentation
• Track and report project financials, including cost forecasting and margin control
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and company procedures
• Maintain strong client relationships and support repeat business

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a Mechanical Project Manager or Assistant Project Manager
• Background in commercial mechanical/HVAC construction
• Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously
• Strong understanding of project financials, scheduling, and cost control
• Ability to collaborate effectively with field and office teams
• Experience working with hospitals, higher education, office, industrial, or large commercial projects is a plus
