Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Required Qualifications & Desired Experience:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
• Valid state licensure/certification as a Speech-Language Pathologist
• Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates are welcome
• Previous experience in school-based or pediatric settings strongly preferred
• Comfort and competence working with children with diverse needs
• Experience with teletherapy platforms is a plus
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and documentation skills

Role Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive speech and language assessments for assigned students
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each child’s needs
• Deliver evidence-based speech and language therapy, both in-person and via teletherapy as needed
• Collaborate closely with parents, staff, and education teams to support student progress
• Maintain accurate, up-to-date service logs and progress notes in adherence with school and state guidelines
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary decision-making
