Responsibilities
- Leading and managing landscape crews effectively and efficiently
- Ensuring all team members adhere to company protocols
- Operating landscape equipment and driving company trucks
- Managing landscaping projects from inception to completion
- Delivering exceptional customer service
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Landscape Crew Leader
- Strong customer service skills and experience
- Valid driver's license
- Proficiency in operating landscape equipment
- Experience in irrigation systems is preferred
- Professional demeanor and positive attitude
