What You’ll Tackle

• Document Command Center
• Draft, proof, revise, e‑file, and track complex pleadings, motions, and briefs—error‑free and always on deadline.
• Calendar Maestro
• Own all litigation timelines: court deadlines, client meetings, deposition schedules, travel, and trial prep—nothing slips through the cracks.
• Trial‑Prep Powerhouse
• Assemble exhibits, witness binders, and electronic presentations; coordinate with litigation‑support pros; and be in the war room when it counts.
• Case Strategist
• Analyze discovery data, manage large case files, liaise with experts, and proactively prep for upcoming milestones so attorneys stay two steps ahead.
• Billing & Conflicts Guru

What Makes You a Perfect Fit

• 5–7 years in complex commercial litigation— trial experience required.
• Mastery of State & Federal court procedures and e‑filing systems.
