Warehouse Manager

Are you a hands-on leader with a proven track record of successfully managing a the distribution warehouse of a production plant? We are looking for a managfer to oversee and assist in the execution of daily processes related to the inbound and outbound flow of goods and e-commerce. The ideal candidate will be a collaborative and confident problem solver who is able to lead a team. You will be responsible for all areas related to distribution; ensuring that finished goods arrive at our customer site locations as efficiently as possible while also being on time and in excellent condition. Responsibilities

• Oversee daily warehouse operations, including 3PL and transit warehouse activities using the CargoWise platform.

• Manage and optimize cargo consolidation processes for international air and sea freight shipments to South America.

• Coordinate inbound and outbound freight forwarding activities, ensuring accuracy and compliance with international shipping standards.

• Supervise basic order fulfillment operations for 3PL customers, including inventory management and e-commerce processes.

• Ensure proper inventory control, storage, and documentation for customer-owned goods within the warehouse.

• Monitor and enforce warehouse safety, security, and operational protocols.

• Collaborate with internal departments and external partners to ensure efficient flow of goods and information through the supply chain.

• Maintain accurate records and reporting through CargoWise for all warehousing and logistics transactions.
