Job Summary

Jacksonville, Florida's most preferred health system - located in one of the nation's most sought after destinations - is seeking a FULL TIME NURSE PRACTITIONER OR PHYSICIAN ASSISTANT to join our top-ranked and rapidly-growing inpatient team. Requirements/Qualifications

• Master of Science

• Certified ARNP or PA

• Licensed ARNP or PA

• Four years of experience as Hospitalist required

• Over 5 years Nurse Practitioner Experience Required

• Certified Nurse Practitioner Required

• Licensed Advanced Registered Nurse Practitioner Required

Swing Shift Responsibilities:

- 9a to 9p

- Facilitate discharges before 12 p.m.

- Queue discharges for the following day.- Support overflow admissions.- Respond to rapid needs.

PCLC Responsibilities:

- Real-time decision-making on transfers.- Bed assignment optimization.- Care coordination with inpatient and logistics teams.
