We're hiring a full-time bartender to work 4-5 shifts per week . This position is primarily behind the bar, but you'll also serve tables when needed. In a small restaurant, everyone works together to create an exceptional guest experience.

Compensation

• Average earnings of $38-42+ per hour (hourly wage + tips based on recent team averages; cash tips not included)
• Paid weekly

  What You'll Do
• Prepare craft cocktails using jiggers and standardized recipes (we do not free pour)
• Serve beer, wine, sake, and non-alcoholic beverages
• Deliver exceptional hospitality to bar guests and dining room tables
• Take tables when needed
• Keep the bar clean, stocked, and organized
• Complete opening, closing, and side work
• Help maintain a smooth, team-focused service

What We're Looking For

• Bartending experience required
• Restaurant serving experience preferred
• Reliable attendance where you work the shifts you're scheduled
• Looking for a long-term position, not your next short stop
• Friendly, professional, and dependable
• Able to work independently without being micromanaged
• Pride in making every cocktail consistently and following recipes
