The Marketing Manager is responsible for leading brand growth, overseeing marketing initiatives, managing advertising campaigns, and directing internal marketing efforts across all restaurant concepts within Don Julio Restaurant Group. This role requires a strategic and analytical leader with strong presence, brand vision, and hands-on experience in paid media, performance tracking, and team direction. The Marketing Manager will work closely with executive leadership and operations to ensure marketing initiatives align with revenue goals, brand standards, and long-term growth objectives. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop and execute comprehensive brand strategies across all restaurant concepts
- Oversee and manage paid advertising campaigns (Meta, Google, and other platforms)
- Analyze marketing performance data and provide regular reporting to leadership
- Lead and direct creative and marketing teams
- Ensure consistent brand voice, messaging, and visual standards
- Drive customer engagement and revenue growth through strategic campaigns
- Monitor market trends and competitor positioning
- Manage marketing budgets and ensure ROI-focused performance
- Coordinate promotions, special events, and community outreach initiatives
- Minimum 2+ years of marketing experience
- Proven experience in brand strategy development
- Experience managing paid advertising platforms
- Strong background in marketing analytics and performance reporting
- Prior team leadership experience required
- Bilingual (English & Spanish) required
- Strong design thinking and strategic mindset
- Data-driven decision-making skills
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities
- Demonstrated ability to produce flawless, high-quality marketing work
- Strong professional online presence required (LinkedIn and/or digital portfolio must reflect polished, executive-level brand execution)
