Home Care School Nurse
Location: Largo - Rides transport to Paul B Stephens
Shift: 8:30 AM - 6:00 PM | 5 days a week
Client: 11-year-old child with specialized care needs
Pay range $28-$33 We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Nurse to provide one-on-one, in-home care for a pediatric client. The ideal candidate is dependable, skilled in G-tube management, and comfortable with overnight care.

Responsibilities -
- G-tube feedings, flushes, and medication administration
- Nebulizer treatments
- Safe transfers (client is wheelchair-bound and a fall risk)
- Monitoring and support throughout the shift
Qualifications:
- Current unencumbered LPN/RN license in the state of Florida
- Minimum one (1) year experience as a Registered Nurse in a supervised setting within the last three (3) years
- Successful completion of the skills assessment specific to the areas of experience including any specialty areas
- In compliance with state and Federal regulations
- CPR
- Valid AHCA/ level two background screening
- TB test showing a negative result
- Pediatric and/or home care experience preferred
- Experience with G-tube and mobility assistance
- Current CPR certification
- Ability to work independently and provide high-quality care
