This role requires a strong, practical understanding of how millwork products are actually built, assembled, finished, transported, and installed, and the ability to strategize execution approaches based on experience and technical knowledge.
This position serves as the bridge between design intent and shop/field reality, coordinating closely with engineering/drafting, project management, purchasing, production, and installation teams. It supports leadership and project teams through forecasting, projecting, and build strategy planning, helping reduce risk, prevent rework, and improve overall execution.

- Confirm vendor scope is in alignment and coordinated to meet the tolerances and assumptions reflected in the millwork shop drawings
- Help incorporate engineering solutions early to minimize downstream revisions during fabrication and installation
- Support QA/QC reviews through clear scope continuity and documented assumptions
________________________________________
Turnover to Operations
- Deliver a clear pre construction turnover transferring knowledge to include:
- Final scope interpretations
- Budget and scheduling alignment
- Key assumptions and execution strategy
- Identified risks and mitigation considerations
- Production and procurement planning notes
- Vendor management and risk analysis
- On-site trade integration and installation sequencing
