You will assist team members with technical issues, troubleshoot hardware and software concerns, and ensure employees have the tools they need to work effectively. You will help secure network systems, monitor technology performance, and contribute to maintaining a safe and reliable IT environment. In addition, you will coordinate hardware and software upgrades, implement updates, and support technology initiatives that improve efficiency throughout the organization.
