Business Operations Associate (Healthcare/Durable Medical Equipment)
About the Role
We are hiring a Business Operations Associate to work directly with the founder of a growing healthcare company focused on continuous glucose monitoring (CGM) and durable medical equipment.
This is a hands-on operations role , not a traditional admin position. You will help support and improve real business processes across healthcare operations, insurance workflows, and internal systems.
We are looking for someone who is smart, reliable, and able to learn quickly .
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Support day-to-day business operations.
- Work with internal systems to manage patient and insurance data.
- Communicate with doctors’ offices, patients, and internal team members.
- Assist with documentation, compliance tracking, and operational workflows.
- Identify inefficiencies and help improve processes.
- Work directly with the founder on various projects.
A key part of this role is ensuring the office is consistently staffed and organized during business hours .
What We’re Looking For:
- Strong problem-solving ability.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented.
- Comfortable learning new systems quickly.
- Able to work independently without constant supervision.
- Strong communication skills.
Preferred (Not Required):
- Experience with spreadsheets or data (Google Sheets/Excel).
- Exposure to healthcare, insurance, or operations.
- Interest in business, startups, or AI tools.
Important
This is an in-office role, Monday - Thursday .
Reliability and consistency are critical.
