Key Responsibilities:
Assist dentists during patient procedures, providing efficient chairside support.
Prepare treatment rooms and sterilize
instruments following strict safety protocols.
Manage patient records and schedule appointments using Dentrix software.
Take and process dental X-rays.
Educate patients on proper oral hygiene and aftercare practices.

full-time $23 - $26 per hour

Salary based on experience.

Paid vacation (4-8 days depending on experience accrued through year)
4 sick days (1 earned per quarter)
401(k) with a 3.5% match after 3 months
Quarterly bonuses (average $600)
$1,000 Christmas bonus
Unused sick and vacation time paid out at end of year

Monday–Wednesday: 8-hour shifts
Thursday: 6–7-hour shift
Friday: 7-hour shift

• Expanded Functions Dental Assistant
• Experienced Dental Assistant (2+ years)
• Registered dental assistant / Certified dental assistant

Registered Dental Assistant / Certified Dental Assistant

• Dentrix
• Experienced Dental Assistant (3+ years)

2–3 years of dental assisting experience required.
Proficient in Dentrix software.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Detail-oriented and organized, with a commitment to patient care.
