Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Grader Operator to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for operating heavy equipment to grade, level, and contour surfaces for construction and site development projects. You will play a critical role in ensuring precise elevations and proper site preparation while maintaining a safe and efficient work environment.

Responsibilities:

• Operate motor graders, dozers, and other heavy equipment for rough and fine grading.
• Interpret construction plans, blueprints, and grade stakes to achieve accurate elevations and slopes.
• Perform daily equipment inspections, greasing, and routine maintenance.
• Collaborate with crew members and project managers to meet project timelines.
• Adjust grading techniques based on site conditions and project requirements.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe job site at all times.
• Follow OSHA regulations and company safety protocols.

Requirements:

• 2–3+ years of experience operating a motor grader in construction or heavy civil projects.
• Ability to read and interpret grade stakes, blueprints, and construction plans. Experience with GPS and/or laser grading systems preferred.
• Ability to perform physically demanding tasks and work outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
