The Demand Generation Production Specialist will be directly responsible for the management of content syndication for lead generation. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

• Understands how digital products and services integrated in lead generation
• Manages intake of photo production request
• Identifies and communicate opportunities for process improvement
• Manages salesforce cases to support marketing content syndication
• Communicates with supervisor to resolve photo production issues
• Analyzes reporting to manage third party photo production vendor
• Identifies potential syndication issues and resolve
• Assesses existing home descriptions and completing incomplete descriptions
• Leverages multiple reports to identify and address marketing content syndication and photo production issues

QUALIFICATIONS

• High School diploma or GED required (preference to BS/BA degree in business or related service experience)
• Highly detail oriented
• Strong organizational skills to work in a deadline-driven, detail-oriented environment.
• Strong data entry skills
• Able to work flexibly and productively in a fast changing, growth company
• Salesforce experience is a plus
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Works independently with little supervision
• Teamwork skills
