Tastic Photo is seeking a positive and outgoing Assistant Manager to join our established operation at ZooTampa at Lowry Park!

As a Tastic Photo Assistant Manager you will balance hands on leadership with day to day operational excellence:

• Lead with Inspiration – Motivate and inspire the team by fostering a positive, supportive, and growth-focused work culture.
• Support & Develop – Help recruit, train, and develop staff to reach their highest potential while maintaining outstanding guest service and sales performance.
• Run Operations – Oversee daily operations of a high-volume tourist attraction, ensuring guests enjoy a fun, interactive, and seamless experience.
• Model Positivity – Set the tone with an infectious attitude and top-tier customer service.
• Plan & Organize – Assist with scheduling, staffing adjustments for seasonal needs, event preparation, equipment, and inventory.
• Drive Success – Ensure revenue goals and sales targets are consistently achieved while spotting new opportunities for growth.
• Communicate & Connect – Build strong relationships with ZooTampa leadership, staff, and Tastic Photo management through clear, open communication.
• Hands-On Expertise – Stay competent in photography, green screen systems, and sales technology so you can coach and lead by example.

Candidate Requirements:

• Experienced in supervision or management, ideally in retail, hospitality, or attractions.
• Target-driven, with a proven ability to achieve and exceed sales goals.
• Enthusiastic and outgoing attitude
• Strong in critical thinking and problem-solving, able to adapt quickly to new challenges.
• Skilled in communication and conflict resolution, keeping the team aligned and motivated.
• We do NOT require any photography experience
