Customer Project Consultant

About Us:

Karoly Windows & Doors is seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented, and customer-focused Project Consultant to serve as the first point of contact for prospective customers. If you're confident on the phone, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and enjoy helping people navigate their home improvement journey, we want to hear from you! You will be working under the office manager who helps keep the daily operations moving.

:

• Answering inbound calls and emails from new customer inquiries and collecting the necessary details to get them scheduled for an in-home quote
• Following up with online inquiries and website form submissions by calling and helping guide potential customers through the next steps
• Scheduling appointments for our Director of Project Development to conduct site visits and provide quotes
• Sending quotes and follow-up communication after appointments are completed
• Following up with prospects after their consultation to see if they have questions, need clarification, or are ready to move forward. Assisting customers with knowledge about the products, our contracts, and the process after signing.
• Sending rough pricing estimates and proposals for clients who are unable to do an in-home consultation
• Greeting customers at the door and guiding them around the showroom providing them with information and brochures.
• Assisting with down payment collection and sending contract forms for customer signatures once they decide to move forward
• Managing and updating all lead activity in the CRM (Customer Relationship Management) system to stay organized and on track
• Maintaining a high level of customer service, professionalism, and responsiveness through every interaction

What We're Looking For:

• Strong phone and communication skills - you'll be on the phone with customers daily
• Comfortable with lead tracking, follow-ups, and appointment scheduling
• Confident communicator, especially over the phone and via email
• Organized, proactive, and able to keep detailed notes, efficient time management
• A professional, customer-first mindset and friendly demeanor
• Experience using a CRM system to manage and organize leads
• Not Required but would be a plus if you have familiarity with Google Calendar and Gmail
• Not Required but would be a plus if you had prior experience in home services, construction, or windows/doors

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $19.00 - $23.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
